Called to Serve - MTC Drop off 8-17-16

In Hebrew the meaning of the name Nathan is: Gift from God.

I find this very fitting. Nathan has been just that from the first time I held him in my arms,  I felt a spirit about him that was different from anything that I had felt before with my children. He has a spirit about him that touches you in ways that are difficult to put into words but you feel it. I have felt this spirit many many times through out his life.. hard to put into words but you just feel it.

 Elder Gerrard has been called to serve a Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints to the Nampa Idaho Mission.  Elder Gerrard is going forth to share a message of love that Jesus Christ has for each of us.

I have no doubt that those who choose to hear this message will feel this spirit and know without a doubt it is true.

So with tears in our eyes we shared many hugs and dropped Elder Gerrard off at the the doors of the MTC leaving with a happy heart.. yes happy.. for Elder Gerrard and his choice to serve the Lord.
